A final conclusion and my thoughts six months later.
In the previous six posts, I explored a wild life journey with a cornucopia of paranormal events that found its end (or new beginning) at a church in Stockholm, Sweden. At this end I could legitimately say that an angel (messenger) lead me by a star to "Deliverance" from an evil presence that had haunted me for over twenty years - and it would be a valid sentence. To the intellectual, however, the entire thing was an overwhelmingly humbling and bewildering set of events.
At this point it has been over six months since the "conclusion" in the church, and I have given everything that happened plenty of thought.
I became an atheist in 2009, and it was almost exactly 10 years later that I was forced back into faith. At any point during those 10 years I suppose heaven could have reached out, but they waited until 2019, almost weeks before the coronavirus started ripping through the population of the globe.
My first UFO sighting was on April 22, 2019. The Wilson Memo was leaked on April 19, 2019 a few days before. My final UFO sighting was a day or two before September 27. The U.S. Navy acknowledgement of the existence of UFOs was on September 18, 2020 - one week before. In a ten year period the final moments of my return to faith are timed almost perfectly with the Wilson Memo and the Navy Acknowledgement of UFOs:
When | Event |
2008/2009 | I become an atheist, at the end of my Moody Bible education |
... | |
Oct 27, 2017 | Ghost speaks to me and Rick overhears it in apartment in London |
Apr 19, 2019 | Wilson Memo Leaked |
Apr 22, 2019 | My friend and I see two UFOs "arrive" in Stockholm |
Jun 7, 2019 | My conversation with Rick where two angels arrive in my apartment and drive out the evil presence |
Sep 18, 2019 | U.S. Navy acknowledges existence of UFOs |
Sep 25, 2019 (appr.) | I see my final UFO that leads me to the church |
Sep 30, 2019 | Finale of sermon at New Life church in Stockholm |
To be clear, I am not declaring that officially there is a direct link between the events of last year in the UFO community internationally and what happened to me, but given the timing of the events I believe that heaven reached out in conjunction with them.
Shortly after the last UFO lead me to the church, in early October, 2019, I sat down and was doing more looking into the UFO phenomenon and discovered the Navy leak news. Surprisingly that news was not front-page at the time, although it was widely circulated. When I discovered the timing of it, I felt overwhelming convinced my experience must be genuine. After all, the messengers from heaven must have known I would Google what was going on. If they knew that pastor was going to do that sermon, they also would have known the U.S. Navy would release their report.
In all fairness to my reader, your skepticism is healthy. Please keep it. I am still overwhelmed by how strange this all is, and am open to contact and discussion on the matter. If there is one thing I have learned about the paranormal and supernatural, it is that high strangeness prevails.
Our conscious experience of reality appears to be a plaything of the gods. UFOs, ghosts, hauntings, demon possessions, witchcraft, visions, dreams, Christianity and world religions... all of these are seemingly connected together under a bedrock of highly strange behavior.
For myself, I have taken my story as an absolute admonition to myself that Jesus was indeed sent to save the world. The use of a star to lead me to a Christian church, and the varied use of people spanning multiple denominations within the church, has given me more than enough evidence that - at the very least - this is the direction heaven has instructed me to pursue.
A couple of final thoughts for this series. From a "scientific" perspective, I think it must be made clear that we seem to have a phenomena for which we know the phenotype (the visible external interaction with physical reality) but we do not have even an inkling of the genotype (the mathematical structures underlying the mechanism). I am using the words phenotype and genotype as analogies, not as direct connections. Speaking from a scientific and logical viewpoint, I believe at this point we can say the following about the supernatural:
Number 3 will take some unpacking, so I will explore that in a later post. Thank you for reading, and God bless your day.
